The farm's old larger croft from 1795 remains on the farm and is under the protection of the Home Building Association. The first crofter Anders Pettersson, born 23/11 1770, married twice with 9 children, emigrated to America. Many families followed as tenants thereafter. All emigrated to America. In 1915, the croft disappears from the countryside. One hundred years later in 2016, a similar version of the old croft was built and is now being used as a hunting lodge for our guests. Large cabin with fireplace and wood stove, 2 bedrooms (both with separate beds) + sleeping loft and toilet. The cottage is built of timber in the old fashioned way with hand-hewn patterned rough logs with Norwegian knots, sealed with house moss and grass on the roof. The hunting lodge is located next to the farm on a wooded hill and just a few meters from the deer fence. Kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave etc. TV with DVD player etc. Max number of people 2 bedrooms plus sleeping loft. 2+2+2. The rent includes a rowing boat and canoes in the nearby fish-rich lake Fegen, private swimming area.

Mellan 1750 och 1890 fanns på gården Soldattorpet Stursken. Den första soldaten, Anders Svensson född 1729, bodde där med sin familj och många familjer följde därefter. Soldattorpet revs 1890. Det nybyggda torpet, (byggt 2016), är byggt i gammal  stil, (80 kvm i två plan), hyrs ut från maj till september.
Kök, hall, toa, dush och sovrum plan 1 och två sovrum plan 2. Två riktiga resårsängar i varje sovrum, kök med elspis och ugn, micro, kylskåp, frys, vedspis.

I hyran ingår roddbåt och kanoter i den närbelägna sjön Fegen med bra fiske och privat badplats. Med hänsyn till allergiker tillåts inga husdjur i detta hus.
Torpet ligger på gårdsområdet med avskild tomt med vy mot gårdens hjorthägn och betesmarker för gårdens får.
